Rainbow Leung was born and raised up in Hong Kong. She has published “Sha Ha Wo Che Village” in 2009 and “Hong Kong Citizen Dictionary” In 2012. Her latest work is "Cat and Dog never die" which has won the Hong Kong Publishing Biennial Awards 2021 (Illustration book) and was selected as one of the Top Ten in the 18th Hong Kong Reading City Reading Awards. Her current column is serialized in the Sunday MingPao.

Rainbow is now an enthusiastic art tutor having her own workshop “Rainbow Connection” established in 2016. In 2017 Rainbow was commissioned by M+ Museum to run an M+ROVER school tour. This significant event won the Award for Arts Education 2017 from the HK Art Development Council.

She excels at using watercolors and brushes to depict Hong Kong's sentiments and the nuances of daily life, ranging from heritage community shops to cats and dogs. By capturing the playful antics of animals and the genuine expressions of people, she creates works brimming with warmth and humor that resonate deeply with the public.

Rainbow’s art is more than illustration; it is an ongoing study of life that intimately connects creativity with the community, collective memory, education and moments from everyday life.

李香蘭，鄉村畫家，著有《上‧下禾輋》、《尋人啟 事上‧下冊》、《阿貓阿狗》等。其作品獲頒發2021年出版雙年奬（圖文書）及入選教城十本好讀。現專欄《阿貓阿狗》連載於明報 「星期日生活」。

她於2016 年成立「李香蘭生活研究房」，委身藝術教育工作，於各大中、小學，大專及文化機構任客席講師。2017 年獲西九文化區邀請擔任〈M+ROVER〉委約藝術家，其計劃獲香港藝發局頒發「藝術教育大獎2017」。
